Pinned Golf is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to own our voice across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and upcoming platforms. You will craft bold, human content, respond in real-time, and move fast from concept to post.

You’ll work with a producer for polished pieces, while you own the quick-turn posts that resonate with golf enthusiasts. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of brand social experience, can shoot/edit short-form content, and use analytics to guide decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years running social for a brand, with demonstrable accounts.
• You shoot and edit your own short-form content.
• You write well and fast, and you know how to sound human, not robotic.
• You actively use social platforms yourself and stay on top of trends.
• You read analytics and adjust your approach accordingly.
• You are comfortable on camera or getting others on camera.
• You use AI tools in your workflow and maintain high-quality output.
• Include links to accounts you’ve run; we’ll review them.

Aufgaben

• Own the channels: IG, TikTok, YouTube, and future platforms; manage strategy, calendar, publishing, and growth metrics.
• Define and guard the brand voice in captions, comments, DMs, and replies.
• Engage and grow the community; convert vocal customers into advocates for the brand.
• Produce fast, on-brand content; know what can be shot and posted quickly without over-editing.
• Identify and manage creator and UGC partnerships; brief and oversee relationships.
• Generate weekly performance reports for founders; measure growth and learnings beyond follower counts.
• Lead product launches with social plans from teasers to post-launch across channels.
