Job summary

Root Global is seeking a freelance specialist to support Slovenian-speaking customers on a project basis. After onboarding, you will lead virtual trainings and assist customers through key phases of the platform, primarily in data collection and reporting tasks.

Hours are irregular and flexible, suited for candidates with other engagements and a sustainability focus. You will act as a trusted contact for Slovenian users, mainly agricultural stakeholders, guiding them through the platform,

Qualifications

• Native-level Slovenian (written and spoken).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing operations in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Comfortable with virtual training delivery (webinars, workshops, screen-sharing).
• Self-organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Run virtual trainings with Slovenian-speaking customers (Root Platform onboarding, data collection workflows, reporting features).
• Support customer projects during active data collection phases; answer questions, ensure data quality, drive completion.
• Act as trusted contact for Slovenian users (agriculture-focused) to navigate the platform and articulate value.
• Flag risks and opportunities to the Customer Success team, including churn signals and product feedback.
