Job summary

Root Global is seeking a freelance Customer Success facilitator who speaks Slovenian natively to run virtual trainings and support Slovenian-speaking customers on project-based assignments. You will help customers navigate the platform, ensure data quality, and act as a trusted point of contact with flexible, irregular hours.

This remote role prioritizes independence and the ability to manage data collection projects, with English as the internal working language.

Qualifications

• Native-level Slovenian (written and spoken) is required.
• Professional English proficiency for internal communication.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing operations.
• Experience delivering virtual trainings (webinars/workshops).
• Self-organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Run virtual trainings with Slovenian-speaking customers guiding them through the Root Platform.
• Support customer projects during data collection phases, ensuring data quality and driving completion.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for Slovenian-speaking users, helping them navigate the platform.
• Flag risks and opportunities to the internal Customer Success team based on engagement patterns.
