Qualifications

• 5–8 years in program management, delivery operations, or studio/agency experience.
• Proven ability to manage client-facing projects and relationships.
• Deep knowledge of print production workflows and processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as studio lead for defined client sets and ensure expectations are met.
• Gatekeeper for incoming projects; direct work to Content Production, Technology, etc.
• Develop project estimates, timelines, and resource plans.
• Manage day-to-day workflow, scope, and deliverables within approved budgets.
• Oversee budgets, tracking, and proactive problem-solving across projects.
• Collaborate with Creative teams to integrate studio services across workflows.
