Job summary

Syneos Health Communications is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as the primary owner and gateway into the studio for a defined set of clients, including Syneos Agencies. You will ensure client satisfaction and oversee the project lifecycle from scope to delivery, including budgets and timelines.

You will partner with studio teams, lead intake, define parameters, and bring deep knowledge of the creative process and print production.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in program management, delivery operations, or studio/agency experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Hands-on experience in print production.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and represent the studio to achieve satisfaction.
• Oversee intake, scope, budgets, timelines and deliverables end-to-end.
• Coordinate with studio teams and ensure proper routing to specialists.
• Monitor quality and resolve issues with proactive problem-solving.
