Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in program management, delivery operations, or studio/agency work.
• Experience leading client-facing studio teams and managing multi-project portfolios.
• Deep knowledge of the creative process and print production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client projects from intake to delivery, including budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with studio teams and ensure proper routing to stakeholders.
• Own project estimates, scope, and resource planning.
• Escalate quality issues and address performance concerns with leadership.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of direct reports.
• Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
