Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of professional copywriting, content design, or content strategy.
• Portfolio demonstrating copywriting, content strategy, and UX/content design.
• Agency or advertising experience strongly preferred.
• Experience across campaigns, digital products, CRM, and multi-channel journeys.
• Experience developing voice, tone, and naming systems.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and accessible content.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic copywriting and content strategy across digital ecosystems, campaigns, CRM programs, products, and customer journeys.
• Develop audience-centered messaging translating brand objectives into meaningful experiences.
• Define voice, tone, editorial standards, messaging frameworks, and naming systems.
• Write and refine headlines, body copy, UX content, CRM communications, CTAs, and other experiences.
• Prototype language directly in design environments with UX/UI designers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive end-to-end experiences.
• Contribute content thinking across UX and UI workflows with a user-centered focus.
• Create scalable content systems for consistency across platforms.
• Ensure accessibility and optimize for usability and search.
• Use AI tools to generate, test, refine concepts while maintaining brand integrity.
• Iterate based on testing and data-informed learning to improve performance.
• Present and defend work with senior clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior writers and contribute to team growth.
