Job summary

We Are Saatchi is seeking a Senior Analytics professional to support 1-3 analyses and translate findings into actionable business insights. The role requires curiosity, analytical rigor, and the ability to work across multiple datasets and projects.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in analytics within advertising or related fields, strong EDA skills, and advanced Excel. Experience with Python/R/SQL is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of analytics experience, preferably in advertising, media, research, or related field.
• Strong exploratory data analysis and data cleaning/QA skills.
• Advanced Excel; Python, R, or SQL is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate new datasets and determine analytical approaches to business questions.
• Conduct exploratory analyses across marketing datasets including campaigns and market insights.
• Clean, structure, and QA datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Perform descriptive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
• Translate findings into observations, insights and implications for internal teams.
• Support multiple analytics projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Identify opportunities to automate analyses or improve workflows.
