Responsibilities

• Part time (anywhere from 10 hours to 30 hours per week), can be 4-5 hours per day, freelancer—on‑as‑needed basis.
• Overall, 6 months to 1 year of continuous support.
• Mechanical engineer
• Experience in machined parts, welded parts, assemblies, powertrain, axles, etc.
• Knowledge of sorting, inspections, fixing sorting issues, problem solving
• CAPA, NC, customer handling
• Work with plant, customer handling
• PPAPs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
• Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
