Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blue Chip Talent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the main contact for supplier quality issues at the plant
2. Investigate and resolve Quality Concern Notifications (QCNs)
3. Work with suppliers to ensure defective parts are handled properly
4. Verify certified stock is used on the assembly line and prevent suspect stock from re-entering production
5. Collaborate with Incoming Quality (IQ) and PVT teams to address emerging quality concerns
6. Conduct audits, quality checks, and issue resolution for supplier-related defects
7. Participate in supplier visits, investigations, and problem-solving activities using 8D, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies

Qualifications:

1. 2-5 years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or automotive
2. BS in Engineering or STEM field (or equivalent experience)
3. Strong understanding of supplier manufacturing processes, injection molding, and wiring harnesses
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, blueprint reading, and quality control processes
5. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
6. Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, 8D, and root cause analysis
