Job summary

AKQA is seeking a skilled Print Production Specialist to manage and deliver production-ready files for print, large-format, and out-of-home media. You will ensure color accuracy across CMYK and Pantone and work closely with designers, art directors, and account managers in a fast-paced studio.

The role supports remote work within the United States, with a 20-hour weekly contract running from 8.10 to 9.04, and you will coordinate with print vendors, maintain organized files, and apply production

• Significant out-of-home production experience and broader print production expertise.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail across typography, color, spacing, and layout accuracy.
• Understanding of the full print production process with sound creative judgment.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate constructively and respond to feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a high-velocity environment with shifting timelines.
• Proactive approach to catching errors and preventing issues before production.
• Remote work eligibility in the United States.
• Availability for 20 hours per week for a contract running from 8.10 to 9.04.
