Job summary

Heim is seeking experienced freelance phlebotomists to perform in-home blood collection in Norfolk. You will join a team of phlebotomists and work closely with the Heim Clinical Operations Team to report on activities and ensure quality patient care.

Applicants should have at least 12 months of full-time phlebotomy experience, DBS clearance, personal indemnity insurance, and a driving license with access to their own vehicle. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months phlebotomy experience.
• DBS Disclosure (enhanced).
• Personal professional indemnity insurance required.
• Two references, at least one from recent employer.
• Full driving license and access to own vehicle.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out blood tests and domiciliary visits with support from Heim Clinical team.
• Seek advice from senior colleagues when needed.
• Post or bring domiciliary samples to hub in time for courier collection.
• Document blood test results in patient medical records.
• Report risks to Heim Clinical team and follow guidelines.
• Adhere to company protocols and guidelines.
