Job summary

APPLY is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead discovery, design target-state CRM/CDP and marketing automation architectures for global brands. You will drive end-to-end delivery, define data schemas, event tracking, and integration patterns across the MarTech stack.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to translate business problems into technical solutions, produce artifacts, and guide implementations from planning through deployment, ensuring outcomes and timelines are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years integrating third-party tools, including ETL planning.
• 2+ years hands-on CDP experience (Mixpanel or Tealium).
• 2+ years client-facing experience with stakeholders.
• Experience designing CDP/marketing automation integration and full implementation lifecycle.
• Experience with APIs and at least one: Mobile SDKs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Heroku, or iPaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand client objectives, data flows, constraints.
• Define target-state architecture for CRM, CDP, and marketing automation with integration patterns.
• Translate business problems into technical solution options with trade-offs, effort estimates, and risks.
• Guide implementations end-to-end from planning through detailed requirements and support for build.
• Produce high-quality technical artifacts including architecture diagrams, data flow maps, event and identity models, and implementation roadmaps.
• Write clear technical requirements for engineers, partnering with technical project management to scope, sequence, and deliver work.
• Partner with client stakeholders to drive decisions and keep delivery aligned to outcomes, timelines, and dependencies.
