INNOCEAN USA, Huntington Beach, is seeking a freelance Influencer Manager to lead Hyundai influencer campaigns. This long-term freelance role offers potential to extend beyond 2027, with a hybrid work model requiring local SoCal presence.

You will own influencer strategy, deals, and creator relationships, collaborating with multiple teams to deliver bold campaigns that move client brands forward. This role emphasizes storytelling, relationships, and execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and creator economy trends.
• Experience with paid media amplification (boosting, whitelisting, dark posting).
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Balance creative storytelling with performance‑driven outcomes.
• Automotive or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
• Cultural fluency and trend awareness.
• Strategic thinking with a test‑and‑learn mindset.
• Strong creative judgment and storytelling instincts.
• Analytical rigor and comfort with performance metrics.
• Relationship‑building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with Hyundai brand pillars, launches, and cultural moments.
• Identify and vet creators across macro, micro, and emerging tiers with emphasis on cultural relevance and brand alignment.
• Own end-to-end influencer campaigns—from briefing and contracting to content delivery and reporting.
• Lead always-on and tentpole campaigns (vehicle launches, partnerships, experiential moments).
• Collaborate with creative, social, and media teams for integrated campaign delivery.
• Partner with creators to develop authentic, high-performing content within brand standards.
