Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality checks for a leading wireless/telecom brand. You will travel to local stores, conduct scheduled visits, and act as the liaison between the brand and retail environments.

As an independent contractor, you will complete audits via the ThirdChannel App, aim for accurate reporting, maintain brand visibility, and support store staff to resolve issues. Immediate start upon certification.

Qualifications

• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits on a recurring basis.
• Store visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour per visit.
• Assist staff with display fixes and brand-related issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data/photos.
