Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative in the United States to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/consumer electronics brand. This is a flexible, supplemental 1099 contractor role with visits twice per month, typically one hour each, and immediate start upon certification.

You will travel to local stores, perform audits, ensure product quality, and maintain brand presence using the ThirdChannel App for reporting.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to local stores.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Follow audit process from initial visit to follow-ups and visual merchandising.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data and photos.
