Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless brand. You will act as the liaison between the brand and retail staff during scheduled store visits.

Visits are one hour, twice per month, with flexibility and immediate start dates after certification. You will use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos, helping maintain brand visibility across locations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Initial audit followed by follow-up visits and visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
