Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits and merchandising for a leading wireless brand. You will act as the liaison between the brand and retail locations, performing structured visits and audits on a twice-monthly schedule.

Visits are one hour each, with immediate start dates upon certification. You will use the ThirdChannel App for surveys and reporting, ensuring accurate, on-time data and strong brand visibility across assigned stores.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Audit visits begin the process, with follow-ups to resolve issues and later merchandising as needed.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
