Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative (1099 independent contractor) to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand.

Visits are one hour, scheduled twice per month, flexible with immediate start dates upon certification. You will act as liaison between the brand and stores, ensuring product presentation and strong brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS/Android).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Initial audit, follow-up visits to resolve issues, and visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data/photos.
• Store visits scheduled twice per month, one hour per visit.
