Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless and connectivity brand. The role involves auditing, reporting, and maintaining brand presence across assigned stores, with visits scheduled twice per month and a flexible start date upon certification.

As an independent contractor, you will use the ThirdChannel App to document findings, ensure product quality, and contribute to a consistent brand

• Reliable transportation to local store visits.
• Access to a smart device with internet (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Brand Rep Certification must be completed before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured in-store audits to evaluate product presentation and visibility.
• Begin with audits and follow up visits to resolve issues; progress to visual merchandising.
• Assist staff in resolving brand/display issues on the sales floor.
• Utilize the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
