Job summary

GSW, powered by Syneos Health, is seeking a freelance Creative Lead to assist the Associate Creative Director in shaping and sustaining the creative vision for all assigned brands. You will contribute to leadership of the creative team and manage daily workloads while mentoring art directors over multiple projects.

You will develop visual solutions, apply knowledge of therapeutic categories and pharma marketing rules, and participate in strategic and promotional planning for designated products.

You will have the opportunity to share in the leadership of the creative team and manage the day-to-day workload while mentoring and developing art directors(s). You will:

• Effectively develop visual solutions for assigned products
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of assigned therapeutic categories as well as pharmaceutical marketing restrictions/requirements
• Participate in strategic and promotional planning for assigned products
• 5+ years' healthcare advertising experience preferably in healthcare
• Solid understanding of the science and market dynamics of assigned brand
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is 95 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
