Job summary

GSW is seeking a freelance Associate Creative Director in the United States to support the creative director in shaping and sustaining the visual vision for assigned brands. You will help lead the creative team, mentor art directors, and manage day-to-day workload while directing campaigns.

You will develop visuals for products, rely on knowledge of therapeutic categories and marketing constraints, and participate in strategy and promotions planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' healthcare advertising experience preferably in healthcare.
• Solid understanding of the science and market dynamics of assigned brand.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills (desirable).
• Strategic and tactical experience (desirable).
