Job summary

Fever is seeking a freelance Event Manager to deliver Candlelight concerts with organized, detail-oriented execution across vendor coordination and on-site support. You will manage logistics, coordinate suppliers, and ensure high-quality experiences for audiences.

The role involves developing run sheets, providing remote operational advice during events, and creating training materials for Event Leads, plus compiling post-event reports to meet Fever’s standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event management, production or live entertainment.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize work and deliver services by deadlines.
• Experience coordinating third-party suppliers and preparing run sheets.
• Ability to provide remote operational advice during events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate third-party vendor and supplier bookings for each event.
• Prepare run sheets and Experience documentation.
• Provide remote operational advice to on-site teams during events.
• Develop and deliver training materials for Event Leads.
• Procure operational assets as needed (batteries, consumables).
• Prepare and deliver post‑experience reports in accordance with reporting requirements.
