Our client is seeking a Freelance Financial Copywriter.

Responsibilities

• The Freelance Financial Copywriter will work closely with the Marketing Director and will be responsible for writing and editing content for brochures, newsletters, press releases, website content…etc.
• The Freelance Financial Copywriter will conduct interviews, research, and write and edit content for articles.

Requirements

• Requires 2+ years of experience in a copywriting/communications/PR capacity
• Experience with personal and business finances preferred (i.e. financial planning, investment management, defined contribution plans, insurance, etc.)
• Knowledge of AP Stylebook preferred
• Be a great storyteller, able to write in a conversational tone
• Produce actionable, data-rich content
• Must have strong research skills and excellent writing skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint - and Adobe Acrobat
