Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Contract Copywriter to develop direct mail print copy across products and audiences. Remote work is available, with collaboration across art directors, creative directors, and marketing partners to translate strategy into effective communications that strengthen the brand and customer experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of copywriting experience, 2 years in Direct Mail with InDesign, and familiarity with B2C, direct response, and print channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of copywriting experience in a professional setting.
• 2+ years of Direct Mail experience with understanding of Adobe InDesign.
• Experience in B2C, Direct Response, Print, or Direct Mail preferred; financial services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce creative copy for a range of products within the Direct Mail Print channel.
• Brainstorm concepts and execute projects while collaborating with art directors, creative directors, and marketing strategists.
• Partner with internal marketing and line-of-business stakeholders.
• Create marketing that cuts through the noise using strategy to inform decisions.
• Apply integrated thinking across channels, products, and audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Incorporate consumer insights to influence work and improve customer experiences.
• Manage multiple deadlines and deliver error-free work with attention to detail.
• Listen to and incorporate feedback, determining when to use existing solutions or build new ones.
• Understand project goals, take direction, ask clarifying questions, and present work clearly to varied audiences.

Our client seeks a Copywriter to develop creative direct mail print copy across products and audiences. The role will collaborate with art directors, creative directors, and marketing partners to translate strategy and consumer insights into effective communications that strengthen the brand and customer experience.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $20.00 to $30.00/hr. w2

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience preferred.
