Movers Shakers is seeking a savvy Freelance Community Manager with CPG and B2B experience to own brand voices across social platforms. You will build and nurture communities, engage audiences, and spark conversations for client brands in fast-moving, digital-first environments.

You will manage day-to-day interactions, monitoring sentiment, and helping grow communities. Strong copywriting, proactive planning, and TikTok expertise are essential in this role.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of social media management in an agency or consumer-facing brand environment.
• Experience with beauty, lifestyle, CPG, entertainment, or culturally disruptive brands.
• B2B Enterprise Software experience (Payments & Commerce, Telecom & Business Services, Cloud & AI).
• Experience managing social media channels, especially TikTok.
• Passionate about TikTok and Gen Z culture.
• Strong copywriting skills that can flex per demographics, platform roles & brand objectives.
• Passion for delighting clients and going above & beyond.
• Super organized, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Proactive approach to work.

Aufgaben

• Managing, creating, and moderating our clients’ social communities
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on industry and competitive trends, campaign initiatives, and community optimization
• Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns
• Ensure channel strategy plans support overall brand goals and objectives communicated from client
• Facilitate communication with Creative Department for the creation of social media content and tone of voice for community management
• Summarize insights and listening observations to help create reports that lead to the optimization of social platforms
• Generate, manage and maintain content calendars for all social communities
• Post content in accordance with Content Calendar
• Respond to comments, when appropriate, to foster a positive community
