Idea Peddler is seeking a freelance Senior Designer to support destination, tourism, hospitality, and place-based marketing initiatives. This hands-on design role requires someone who can both develop and execute creative work and partner with Creative Directors to explore visual territories and produce polished work across multiple channels.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in advertising agency settings, a strong portfolio, and experience with tourism or travel brands.

Competenze

• 5–7+ years of advertising agency experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advertising campaign development and execution.
• Experience with tourism, destination marketing, hospitality, hotel, resort, or travel brands.
• Proven ability to create work across digital, print, social, outdoor, presentations, and experiential applications.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.

• Designing advertising campaigns and marketing materials.
