Job summary

Landor Cincinnati is seeking a Freelance Brand Performance Director to partner with the Global team to advance our Brand Performance capabilities. The role focuses on building robust analytics-driven strategies that connect data to business outcomes and strengthen Landor’s position as a top-tier brand consultancy.

The position is hourly, temporary, and hybrid, with in-office collaboration across Landor’s Cincinnati studio.

Qualifications

• Experience translating insights into actionable recommendations for brand and business strategies.
• Track record of developing and managing data gathering, models, surveys, interviews and other methods for utilizing insights and analytics.
• Extensive experience with applied statistical and financial modeling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of key strategic Brand Performance projects for clients.
• Build Brand Performance offering and mentor junior team members.
• Develop proposals, pitch materials, and scopes of work with cross-office teams.
• Advise clients on how data-driven insights drive brand value and business outcomes.
