Landor is seeking a Freelance Growth Director for our New York studio. You will craft proposals, pitch decks, microsites, and bespoke outreach strategies to engage and win prospective clients.

The role requires collaborating with the Executive Growth Director to respond to RFPs, drive new business, and lead high‑impact proposals. You’ll build strategic relationships, manage complex pitches, and engage C‑suite executives, with a hybrid work model and an hourly compensation range.

• Proven business development experience and branding expertise.
• Strong financial acumen for complex pitches and negotiations.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Craft compelling proposals, pitch presentations, microsites, and outreach strategies.
• Respond to inbound RFPs and originate new business through targeted outbound marketing.
• Lead development and articulation of all proposals with input from key stakeholders.
• Coordinate input across client services, culture, verbal, design, and leadership to ensure flawless execution.
