Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Technical Design experience, or an entry-level background with strong foundational knowledge.
• Exposure to apparel fit, specifications, fit samples, and fit comments.
• Knowledge of knit and woven construction.
• Interest in working across a broad range of apparel categories.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• A collaborative, receptive attitude and willingness to learn from an experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Design function from development through production.
• Prepare and maintain specifications, fit samples, and fit comments.
• Assist with garment fittings and communicate updates to internal teams and vendors.
• Help ensure fit, construction, measurements, and quality standards are maintained across product categories.
• Work within the Axind PLM system to update and organize technical product information.
• Partner closely with Bernarda and the broader team on day‑to‑day technical design needs.
