About The Role

Generative AI models are improving rapidly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Refinement: Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across various topics in Accounting (GAAP or/and IFRS), developing references and task examples.
• Experts Acquisition: Conduct interviews and assess qualification tests of experts to ensure their competency.
• Chat Moderation: Support project-related questions from other experts in Discord chats, especially regarding project guidelines.
• Auditing Work: Review and evaluate tasks completed by other experts, ensuring alignment with guidelines, providing feedback, verifying expertise-related information, and editing content to improve quality.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in roles such as Cost Accountant, Management Accountant, FP&A Analyst, Budget Analyst, Controller, etc.
• Advanced (C1) or higher level of English.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with GAAP and/or IFRS standards.
• Extensive experience in Management Accounting.
• Ability to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly, and work with complex guidelines.
• Fully remote role requiring a laptop, internet, available time, and enthusiasm.
