The Field Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering impactful training content to field team members. This role involves partnering with field management to assess training needs and designing content for diverse delivery channels. The Field Trainer will facilitate learning in both classroom and virtual settings, playing a key role in implementing initiatives that drive company performance.
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Foster a positive and professional learning environment.
- Develop instructional materials aligned with the company’s critical initiatives for field team members.
- Create and maintain global training templates for various delivery methods, including instructor-led, virtual, and online formats.
- Conduct training sessions for team members across multiple states using diverse delivery channels.
- Support administrative tasks related to learning and content management systems.
- Collaborate with field management to identify and address region-specific training needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, serving as a key resource for inquiries.
- Design and produce training resources such as job aids, procedures, and checklists.
- Manage and provide training records as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the leadership team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related subject (relevant work experience may be used instead of degree).
- Experience with learning management systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel (up to 75%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a consumer finance environment.
- 2+ years of experience developing and delivering training material
- Flexibility to relocate if needed
- Bilingual

Compensation: Pay range is $55k-70k plus the annual bonus.
Working Conditions
- This position requires up to 75% travel.
