Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Quantitative Analytics Associate on the Point of Sale Fraud team to apply advanced risk analyses and strategic insights to reduce fraud losses while protecting customers.

You will manage fraud risk strategies, interact with cross-functional partners, and present findings to managers and executives as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen risk mitigation and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or related work experience) in a quantitative discipline with 2+ years in fraud/risk/payments or related field.
• Advanced understanding of Python, SAS, and SQL.
• Ability to query large data sets and transform raw data into actionable management information.

Responsibilities

• Interpret large amounts of complex data to identify risk dynamics, trends, and opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and communicate optimal fraud strategies to protect the bank and improve customer experience.
• Identify KPIs, enhance reporting, and expand analytic focus on fraud detection.
• Provide SME input on strategy implementation and risk mitigation infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address business challenges and present findings to senior management.
