Job summary

Brex is seeking a Fraud Strategy Associate in Salt Lake City, Utah, to own the end-to-end integrity of the fraud and risk ecosystem across credit, deposits, and card payments. Qualifications

• 3+ years of fraud strategy or risk operations in fintech or financial services.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate findings for executives.
• Experience building scalable fraud prevention processes.

Responsibilities

• Mine data with SQL/Python to detect fraudulent patterns across rails.
• Design automated detection logic balancing risk and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Risk, Data Science, Engineering and Product.
• Define internal AI tool requirements and risk platforms.
• Run KPI tracking and build executive dashboards.
• Assess fraud incidents and quantify financial impact.
