Job summary

OnePay is seeking a senior Fraud Strategy professional to minimize account takeover and scam losses while optimizing user experience in authentication risk flows. You will lead data-driven strategies, integrate AI capabilities into risk decisioning, and work with cross-functional teams to strengthen fraud controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in authentication risk, including device/login risk, account recovery, and profile management.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate large data into insights.
• Deep knowledge of fraud tools and attacker tactics with proven mitigation responses.
• Experience building with AI tools to improve fraud detection and automate workflows.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data-driven strategies to prevent fraud losses from ATO, scams, and social engineering.
• Create and execute the authentication roadmap covering analytics, tools, capabilities, and processes.
• Analyze portfolio behavior to identify new or shifting fraud trends using Databricks, SQL, Python.
• Oversee authentication fraud monitoring/alerting logic with calibrated alerts.
• Support AI integrations within risk workflows to automate processes and improve outcomes.
• Maintain network/graph analysis strategies to capture collusive fraud with minimal FP impact.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Product, and AML to investigate incidents.
• Stay updated on fraud prevention trends as the authentication SME.
