Qualifications

• MS degree with 7+ years of experience in risk management/data analytics.
• Excellent collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Strategic thinker who can road-map and balance short-/long-term solutions.
• Strong analytical leadership using AI/ML to drive innovative solutions.
• Strong process and project management with capability development.
• Product management experience.
• Preferred: relevant fraud strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance Fraud strategy to drive the balance between fraud mitigation, financial performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Regularly monitor fraud trends and customer frictions to identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Leverage internal and external data sources and analytics to drive accurate fraud detection.
• Partner with product, technology, and operations to develop new capabilities for better detection and treatment by helping design solutions, develop requirements and test before and after implementations.
• Collaborate with broader fraud strategy team and cross-functional teams to leverage best practices and ensure control and compliance.
• Stay on top of industry trends and adopt industry best practices.
• Drive concise and effective oral and written communications with internal and external partners.
