Job summary

Allied Universal Compliance and Investigation Services is seeking an SIU Investigator to independently investigate fraudulent insurance claims across workers’ compensation, general liability, property and casualty and disability. The role requires strong knowledge of anti-fraud laws and the ability to report findings to state agencies as needed.

The position offers field work, auto allowance and a company credit card for fuel and travel, plus opportunities for professional growth and cross-state

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years investigating fraud.
• Private Investigator license where required by state.
• Experience with insurance investigations and fraud regulations.

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate suspected fraudulent insurance claims across multiple coverages.
• Gather information through interviews, data collection, and coordination with clients, case managers, law enforcement, and state agencies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, file reviews, audits, and training tasks.
• Produce professional reports, memos, and letters that are clear and grammatically correct.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve assignment objectives and communicate with clients and SIU Supervisor.
