Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Manager, AMER Fraud & Risk Product Sales to lead a high-performing team responsible for growing adoption of Radar, Identity, and related Fraud & Risk products across the Americas.

You will recruit, develop, and coach product sales executives, navigate complex, technical deals, partner with Core Sales, Product, Solutions Architecture, Finance, Marketing, and Sales Enablement, and drive pipeline, bookings, attach rate, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology sales experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years in payments or financial services industry.
• Experience selling complex products through multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of product sales executives across the Americas.
• Navigate consultative, technical, and cross-functional sales cycles with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate success in enterprise new-business and expansion sales motions.
• Set a clear strategy and operating plan for pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Manage pipeline creation, deal progression, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Partner with Core AEs to identify high-potential Fraud & Risk opportunities.
• Engage in strategic opportunities, building executive relationships.
• Develop scalable sales motions for new business and expansion.
• Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, Marketing to improve the customer experience.
• Inspire and develop team members with clear career growth paths.
• Communicate plan aligned with Stripe strategy and Global Fraud & Risk org.
• Continuously improve sales processes and team effectiveness.
