Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjudicate complex fraud and abuse cases across Account, Identity, Payment Fraud, and Abuse vectors using investigation tooling.
• Apply sound judgment and navigate high-risk decisions where outcomes impact customer trust and financial exposure.
• Adhere to SOPs while questioning assumptions and following up on improvements.
• Collaborate with the Fraud and Abuse product team to deep-dive on escalations and edge cases.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering on tooling gaps and workflow friction points.
• Ideate, design, and document new fraud scenarios to strengthen detection models.
• Identify gaps in detection systems and recommend enhancements with stakeholders.
• Drive innovation in fraud detection and investigation methodologies.
