Qualifications

• 3+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience with research and investigation skills or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjudicate complex fraud and abuse cases across Account, Identity, Payment Fraud, and Abuse vectors using associated investigation tooling.
• Apply sound judgment and navigate high-risk decisions where outcomes directly impact customer trust, financial exposure, and enforcement integrity.
• Adhere closely to established SOPs while questioning assumptions, suggesting improvements, and following up on implementations.
• Collaborate with the Fraud and Abuse product team to deep-dive on escalations and complex edge cases requiring nuanced investigation.
• Provide ongoing feedback to product and engineering stakeholders on tooling gaps, workflow friction points, and opportunities for automation or process simplification.
• Proactively ideate, design, and document new fraud and abuse scenarios based on investigation insights and trends to strengthen detection models and enforcement rules.
• Identify gaps in current detection systems and enforcement workflows, and recommend enhancements through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive innovation in fraud detection and investigation methodologies to challenge the status quo.
