Job summary

Eneba is seeking a Fraud Analyst to own detection and prevention for one product, analyzing datasets to spot patterns and emerging risks, and developing scalable rules that protect revenue and user trust. You will work with Product, Data, and Engineering to refine strategies, monitor false positives, and implement countermeasures, while communicating findings clearly to stakeholders in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in fraud analysis, payments risk, or risk management with ownership over outcomes.
• Ability to write and monitor dynamic fraud risk rules.
• Strong communication to simplify complex topics for varied stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of fraud patterns and KRIs.
• Data-driven decision making and impact ownership.
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of fraud detection and prevention for a product.
• Analyze large datasets to identify fraud patterns and emerging risks.
• Design, implement, and optimize dynamic fraud detection rules.
• Monitor false positives and balance prevention with user experience.
• Analyze conversion, rejection, and verification drop-offs for improvements.
• Develop and maintain fraud detection logic, alerts, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to strengthen processes.
• Track trends and key risk indicators, translating findings into actions.
• Own decisions and continuously refine strategies based on results.
