Job summary

Eneba is seeking a Fraud Analyst in the United States to own fraud detection and prevention for one product. You will analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and design dynamic detection rules that scale with the business.

Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to strengthen prevention, monitor false positives and impact on conversions, and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in fraud analysis, payments risk, or risk management with clear ownership over outcomes.
• Experience writing and monitoring dynamic fraud risk rules.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of fraud detection and prevention for Eneba product; identify risks and implement solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify fraud patterns, anomalies, and new attack vectors.
• Design, implement, and optimize dynamic fraud detection rules that scale with the business.
• Monitor and improve false positive rates, balancing prevention with conversion and user experience.
• Analyze conversion, rejection, and verification drop-off to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain fraud detection logic, alerts, and workflows supporting Fraud Specialists.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Data, and Engineering to strengthen prevention and verification processes.
• Track fraud trends and risk indicators; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Take accountability for decisions and outcomes to refine strategies.
