Eneba is seeking a Head of Risk & Fraud to guard trust and value across its marketplace. You will set the fraud strategy, lead a growing team, and own decisions affecting exposure, partnerships, and product risk. Your scope spans international markets and high-volume digital commerce.

You will build robust fraud programs, drive analytics, and partner with Product, Engineering, Finance and Legal to embed risk from the start. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in fraud, risk, or financial crime (4+ years) and prior team leadership.
• Accountable for end-to-end fraud outcomes and metrics.
• Commercial mindset with partner selection and SLA knowledge.
• Data-driven with dashboards and SQL/Databricks familiarity.
• Proven in building and coaching high-performing teams.
• Experience in digital marketplaces, e-commerce, payments, or gaming.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Owner of the Number: fraud P&L, payout rate, chargeback rate, approval rate, false positives.
• Leader of the Team: build a strong second line of leadership and develop people.
• The Strategy Setter: own the fraud-reduction roadmap and multi-product program.
• The Partnership Principal: manage RFPs, tests, SLAs with partners.
• The Cross-functional Bridge: align fraud risk inProduc tion, Eng, Finance, Legal.
• The Compliance Anchor: own PSP, KYC obligations and regulatory needs.
• The Final Word on Risk: top escalation point with data-driven stance.
