• 2+ years of direct Fraud/Abuse Operations experience, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
• Ability to perform due diligence during fraud investigations and make evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Review claims in real time for potential cases of fraud/abuse.
• Make independent decisions on customer risk and provide feedback for risk models.
• Collaborate with Claims, Product, and Engineering teams.
