Job summary

Worldpay seeks a Product Analyst for AML & Fraud/Credit to join our Global Compliance, Risk, and CDD team. This role focuses on supporting the Transaction Monitoring product portfolio through the entire lifecycle, defining requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and collaborating with engineering and compliance to deliver high impact improvements.

The candidate will work in an Agile environment, prepare BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and participate in PI planning.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, or Business Analysis.
  • Experience with Fraud, Credit Risk, and AML transaction monitoring solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile or SAFe Agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience writing BRDs, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Transaction Monitoring product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Define and document business requirements, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria with PMs.
  • Maintain and refine product backlogs aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Data Science, and stakeholders to deliver enhancements.
  • Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning).
  • Analyze business processes and recommend product improvements to increase detection and efficiency.
  • Coordinate feature delivery across teams, identifying risks and dependencies.
  • Support UAT, defect triage, production validation, and releases.
  • Create and maintain product docs, process flows, and artifacts.
  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.

Job Title: Product Analyst - AML & Fraud/Credit

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Product Analyst – AML & Fraud/Credit to join our ever-evolving Product Compliance, Risk, and CDD team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own
  • Support the Transaction Monitoring product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with Product Managers to define and document business requirements, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Maintain and refine product backlogs, ensuring work is prioritized and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Compliance, Operations, Data Science, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product enhancements.
  • Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend product improvements that increase detection effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer value.
  • Coordinate feature delivery across multiple teams while identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, production validation, and release activities.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, process flows, and supporting artifacts.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with production issue analysis, root cause investigations, and resolution planning.
What you’ll bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related role.
  • Experience with Fraud, Credit Risk, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) transaction monitoring solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile or SAFe Agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience writing business requirements, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Experience supporting backlog management and Agile delivery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with transaction monitoring concepts including alert generation, rules management, thresholds, segmentation, model tuning, and case management.
It’s a bonus if you have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
  • Experience using SQL or performing data analysis to support product decisions.
  • Knowledge of payment processing, merchant acquiring, or risk management.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Experience supporting SaaS products or cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience with building or working with models (fraud, credit, and AML a plus)

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $79,400.00-$116,975.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location.
