Qualifications
- Product management experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) implementations.
- Deep fraud identity and verification (IDV) product capabilities.
- Knowledge of IDV fraud strategy rules and decisioning frameworks.
- Proven ability to design, implement and deliver complex enterprise-scale product solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to execute the product roadmap.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support alignment between product and development.
- Gather and prioritise requirements based on business value and feasibility.
- Develop assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.
- Monitor product performance and identify optimisation opportunities that meet Barclays standards.
