Qualifications

• Demonstrated product management experience with deep expertise in Agile methodologies; experience with SAFe.
• Proficiency in Fraud IDV product capabilities.
• Expertise in Identity Verification (IDV), including Fraud Strategy rules and decisioning frameworks.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and deliver complex enterprise-scale product solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Fraud Identity and Verification (IDV) concepts and SME expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between the product owner and the technical development team.
• Develop and implement the product strategy and vision defined in the roadmap; communicate to stakeholders and the development team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements based on business value and feasibility.
• Develop and implement assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.
• Monitor product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation that meet performance standards.
• Stay abreast of industry technology trends to evaluate and adopt new approaches to improve product development and delivery.
