Job summary

Wrapbook is the AI platform for production finance, enabling finance teams to control payroll, spend, and accounting across the full lifecycle. We seek a Senior Product Manager II to own fraud and identity/product strategy, partnering with engineering to build scalable detection and identity solutions for a remote-first US/Canada team.

You will drive the roadmap, coordinate with Legal/GRC, and govern incident response while shaping metrics and signals that balance risk and friction.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a fraud/risk/identity product surface at a payments, fintech, or marketplace company.
• Fluency in detection tradeoffs: precision vs recall and the cost of false positives.
• Comfort working directly with engineers on scoring logic and schemas.
• Experience running or co-running incident response and fraud operations.
• AI fluency and experience using AI to improve fraud lifecycle performance.
• Track record of decision docs that led to shipped work.
• Experience with build/buy decisions around fraud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for fraud and identity across the customer lifecycle.
• Prioritize and sequence the joint fraud + identity roadmap across dependent teams.
• Work with engineers on scoring logic and schema interpretation.
• Turn analysis into decisions that ship with clear recommendations.
• Act as incident commander for fraud incidents and coordinate cross-team playbooks.
• Define metrics for fraud and identity health: detection, coverage, and friction.
• Push back on signals or vendors that increase friction without reducing risk.
• Collaborate with Legal/GRC on KYC/AML posture and audits.
