Wrapbook is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to own fraud and identity across the customer lifecycle. You will partner with engineers to build scoring logic, define the roadmap, and guide actions from prevention to response in a hands-on role.

In this remote-friendly role (USA/Canada), you will own incident response, drive decision docs, and collaborate with Legal/GRC on KYC/AML posture. You will influence multiple teams and shape a seamless fraud experience for Wrapbook's growing platform.

Qualifikationen

• Owned a fraud, risk, or identity product surface at a payments, fintech, or marketplace company.
• Fluency in detection tradeoffs: precision vs recall, false positives impact.
• Experience working with engineers on scoring logic and signals.
• Incident response leadership with hands-on orchestration.
• Experience applying AI to improve fraud lifecycle speed and accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Define product strategy and roadmap for fraud and identity across the lifecycle.
• Prioritize and sequence joint fraud + identity initiatives across dependent teams.
• Collaborate with engineers on scoring logic, schemas, and signals.
• Write decision docs with clear recommendations that ship.
• Partner with Legal/GRC on KYC/AML posture and audits.
