Wrapbook seeks a Senior Fraud & Identity Product Lead to own the fraud/identity roadmap across the customer lifecycle, partnering with engineers to define strategy, and coordinating incident response with Legal, Ops, and Security.

Qualifications

• Experience owning fraud/risk/identity product surfaces.
• Fluency in detection tradeoffs and AI tools.
• Strong evidence-based communication and pushback.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive fraud + identity roadmap directly with engineers.
• Act as incident commander and partner with Legal, Ops, Security.
• Instrument detection accuracy and customer friction metrics.
